Linsonmoto is a project we have been growing alongside for nearly a decade.
We have worked with the client’s team from 2015 to the present, during which time the online store has evolved from a classic e-commerce site into a complex platform with multiple business processes, markets, and integrations behind the scenes.
The project is built on OpenCart, but it was clear early on that standard solutions would not suffice. That’s why we took a long-term approach—a stable foundation on which to gradually build functionalities according to the real needs of the business and its customers.
User experience has always been our focus.
The design is clean, fast, and functional, with clear navigation and a logical category structure. We created intelligent filters, including a filter by brand, model, and motorcycle year, which makes it easier to choose the right gear and accessories.
One of the standout features is the “digital garage”—a space where customers enter the motorcycles they own. This allows the site’s content and offers to be much more relevant and personalized to each user’s actual needs.
Over time, we also implemented more complex business logic, turning Linsonmoto into more than a standard online store. The system supports wholesale customer management, multiple suppliers, automated order processing, and a full-featured system for selling and managing used goods—a functionality that is rare even among large international platforms.
The project’s infrastructure today spans multiple markets.
In addition to linsonmoto.bg, the site also operates successfully as linsonmoto.ro and linsonmoto.gr, adapted to local requirements, languages, and business rules. Behind this is a robust multisite architecture and long-term growth planning.
Alongside the e-commerce component, we developed custom WMS software that manages the client’s warehouses and communicates directly with the online stores. This significantly reduced order processing time and provided better control over inventory, shipping, and logistics.
From a technical perspective, the project includes speed optimization, on-page SEO, integrations with Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, product feeds, and a banner system that support marketing and performance analysis. All of this has been implemented gradually, with a focus on real ROI rather than as a “checklist task.”
Linsonmoto is an example of a project that never stops evolving.
We take pride in being part of this journey—not just as implementers, but as a long-term technology partner who understands the business deeply and thinks several steps ahead.
